Reach Out will be having their 10th annual Health Fair on Sunday, October 11, 2015. Join PIC and learn how you can become involved in our coalition while getting free health screenings, learning about health education, and access to other local services. The event will be held at Sam Alba Park in Ontario, CA.

Organizations and sponsors contributing to the health fair will allow education and health services to those who are struggling with financial disparities and hardships on a day to day basis.
